This Privacy Policy explains how Boss Clinician, LLC ("Boss Clinician," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit bossclinician.com, enroll in a membership or program, submit an intake form, or otherwise interact with our Services. It also covers information collected through our FlourisHealer Retreats intake and booking process.

Information you provide directly
- Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
- Payment and billing information, processed through our payment processor and Kajabi
- Account credentials when you create a member login
- Information submitted through intake forms, applications, or surveys, such as JotForm
- Messages you send us, including replies to email, community posts, and coaching call content
Retreat-specific information
If you register for a FlourisHealer Retreat, our intake process may also collect flight details, dietary restrictions, and health or accessibility information relevant to travel and accommodations. This information is used only to plan and provide the retreat experience, including meals, lodging, and travel logistics, and is shared only with retreat vendors (such as the villa or ground transportation) as needed to deliver those services.

- IP address, browser type, and device information
- Pages visited, time on site, and referring website, collected through analytics tools such as Google Analytics if enabled
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies used to operate the site and, where applicable, to measure marketing performance
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process enrollment, deliver course and membership access, and fulfill purchases
- To communicate with you about your account, program, or retreat, including scheduling and logistics

- To plan and provide retreat accommodations, meals, and travel logistics based on the information you submit

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our business, including with:
- Kajabi, our course delivery and website platform
- Our payment processor, to process transactions
- JotForm, for intake and application forms
- Our email service provider, to deliver newsletters and program communications
- Retreat vendors, such as the retreat villa and local transportation providers, limited to the information needed to provide those services
- Service providers who assist with analytics, scheduling (such as TidyCal), or document management, under confidentiality obligations
- Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law

Retreat intake information containing health or dietary details is retained only as long as needed for the specific retreat and any follow-up requirements, and is not reused for unrelated purposes.

8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including relying on the security measures of our platform providers such as Kajabi and our payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
